ITINERARY DESIGNER (旅程デザイナー)

Applicant Qualifications: We are looking for people with knowledge and experience in itinerary design. We prefer candidates who can create unique and flowing itineraries that can satisfy our foreign guests.

Specifics: You will be in charge of creating itineraries and pitching them to our overseas customers. Directly taking requests from customers and reflecting these preferences in custom itineraries, this is an important position that makes up one of the most important aspects to a travel agency. On top of creating itineraries, you will be in charge of arranging accommodations and transportation, utilizing services from supplier companies. As this position will also deal with trip detail management, you will be in charge of managing a memorable experience for our guests.

海外顧客に対する旅程作成・提案業務をメインに行っていただきます。顧客からの様々な要望を鑑みながら実現可能な旅程を具体化していくという、旅行代理において最も付加価値を生む重要な業務です。旅程作成・提案はもちろん、宿泊・交通といったサプライヤーからのサービスの調達や、詳細旅程の調整までトータルで顧客の忘れられない旅行をマネージしていただきます。
