We handpick travel service providers who are fully aware and proactive of the guidelines for curbing the spread of infection, created by their respective industry associations.
About the TOKI experience
We may limit the number of guests in order to maintain social distancing.
Our craftsmen and guides always check their temperature before the experience. (Any fever over 37.5 degrees Celsius will result in the cancellation of the experience)
Our craftsmen and guides will always wear masks during the experience (an exception will be made for the tea ceremony, as the host does not require masks to be worn during the experience)
Alcohol (ethanol) disinfectant is available at the site of the experience at all times.

Please wear a mask.
Please note that your temperature will be checked before the tour. Any person who has a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or who is obviously not in good health will not be allowed to participate in the tour.
Please wash and disinfect your hands.
Please maintain social distancing whenever possible.
Please refrain from speaking loudly with your mask off.
Please try to avoid being seated face to face when eating, as well as passing glasses or sharing food in the same platter.
Please comply with the instructions of the guides and staff at the site.
We require all guests to comply with the 2 week quarantine period prior to participating in any of our experiences
